Huge congratulations to our very own Simon Belcher for his outstanding performance in Pattaya City, Thailand, over the weekend in the Jet Ski World Cup – winning the coveted World Series!
Simon, who also celebrates his landmark 50th birthday today (18th December), had already become World Champion this season after a fantastic campaign in the Pro Sport GP category with victories in Poland, France and at the prestigious IJSBA World Finals in the USA.
Riding his Handy Motorsport-entered Yamaha Waveblaster 3, powered by a 1500cc engine and utilising a Miller Racing Hull, Simon conquered the very difficult conditions in Thailand to not only win the Jet Ski World Cup, claiming the coveted ‘Kings Cup’ trophy, he also completed the World Series to bring that title home to Britain too.
